Catalysts ProductionWork at multiple plants has included additions to existing plant facilities to include vision recognition systems and upgrades of existing plant control systems equipped with GE 90-70 PLC's and Cimplicity NT operator interface computers. Other work has included technical review of power and control system designs performed by other consultants as well as development of operational descriptions to assist in the startup of existing plant equipment. Additional work has included startup of idle plants as well as training of plant personnel on facility control systems. Other projects have included development of reports and trends for inventory tracking purposes. A more recent project included the commissioning of a remote computer with a marquee display for operator interface. Work began with this client in 1997 with over 30 projects completed, the largest being a turnkey project over $35,000. |
