Hazardous Waste RecyclingOn going work at this facility has included the design and upgrade of various process control systems to include a 55 gallon drum decant system, hazardous waste shredding system and a facility tank level monitoring system. PLC's used at the site include both Allen-Bradley and Square D with operator interfaces via Allen-Bradley Panelviews and Intellution software. Additional work has included AutoCad drawing conversions of hand drawings, parts procurement, development of a Subpart BB emission database, and revisions to the site P&ID's to accommodate inclusion of equipment into a Maintenance database. Nearly 60 projects have been performed since 1996. Typical projects include engineering, programming, and site startup. |
