Pigment ProducerThe work at this site began with the retrofit of an existing control system from an existing colorant mill to a newly installed mill in 2000. This work included coordination with other vendors and consultants as well as the owner and electrical contractor to provide the installation required. This PLC based control system is comprised of an Allen-Bradley PLC interfaced via DH+ to an Intellution application. Since the completion of that project, ongoing work has included upgrades to both the new and existing mill, to include the addition of an existing mill to the Intellution application. Nearly 10 projects have been completed with this client. Typical projects include engineering, programming, and site startup. |
